UAC celebrated Junteenth on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Douglass Community Center with thousands of fellow Memphians enjoying the sunshine and energetic scene.

UrbanArt Commission (UAC) hosted an opening reception for the Movable Collection at the Whitehaven Library on June 13, 2024 displaying the works of 17 artists whose works were purchased for the city to rotate in public spaces throughout the City of Memphis.

UAC hosted an opening reception for an art collection in partnership with AAPI Heritage Month featuring 12 local artists of Asian descent and a live performance using bamboo brushes, skin, and paint.
