about the artist
Sophia Mason is an artist and curator in Memphis, TN. Her soft sculpture and other work has shown at the Brooks Museum, Crosstown Arts, and The Dixon Galleries and Gardens in Memphis, TN. She has recently shown work at The Little House Gallery in Memphis, Intersect Art center in St. Louis, MO, and in Dayton, OH. She was an inaugural Urban Arts Commission New Public Sculptor Fellow, and showed work completed with this fellowship at ArtFields in Lake City, SC in 2023.
