Soulsville’s boundaries consist of Bellevue to the East, EH Crump to the North, Parkway to the South, and 3rd Street to the West. In response to neighborhood feedback, the selection committee is interested in four teachable art pieces and/or 4 gateway signs that welcome visitors and residents into the neighborhood as well as educate them on the pillars of the Soulsville Neighborhood.. The design elements linking the four signs should feel cohesive and are not expected to cover the entire wall in any location. Artists are encouraged to consider all of the activities that are hosted in the park and at the community center as well as the involvement of youth in these spaces.
