Supvain Van Pritchard takes joy in bringing the arts into the community. With 18 years of service as an art teacher in the Memphis-Shelby County School and 20 years as the Pastor of Garden of Grace Church Ministries, Van has gained a deep understanding of the community's needs.
Van’s artwork, titled "A LONG DAY," portrays a typical day in the South during a time when hand picking cotton was a common means of livelihood. Many of Van’s creations tell stories of day-to-day life.
